"Very good apartments"
Pretty close to the kata and kata noi beaches. Good facilities in apartments. Friendly staff. Awesome view to the sea and mountains from the balcony.
"Awesome hotel in kata"
Gorgeous ocean view with a stunning sunset. Amazing to have a full condo for less than the price of a hotel. Modern apartments with a few swimming pools. Easy to get to the beach with the shuttle although will probably hire a car next time. The surf down at kata is little but super fun. Little gym was an added bonus!
"Amazing Sunsets at the Top!"
During the very relaxing 6 weeks we spent at Kata Ocean View we had a great time. We traveled through Thailand and parts of Asia for a couple of months before arriving at this place, and being at Kata Ocean View was so refreshing. The pool and property were clean and modern, management staff a pleasure, the scheduled free shuttle service to Kata Beach very helpful, and it saved us thousands of Baht over our stay. Whether you stay for a few days or few weeks I think you will love this place as we did. Oh did I mention the Amazing sunsets in the evenings from on top of this beautiful mountain.

I recently stayed at Kata Ocean View after booking a visit on line.
Like all travelling experiences, you dont really know what to expect until you arrive and finally see what you have purchased.
The service and facilities offered at the venue were exactly what was suggested on line and I found a great group of people that made sure my stay was enjoyable. ”
It was like staying at a private hotel without the fuss and expense.
"Super Value, Great Location."
Having stayed in hotels and resorts in Phuket before, I was a little anxious about a serviced apartment. We are a young family with 2 children and the value we were hoping for was far exceeded. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ruby apartment which was vesy comfortable in size with all the amenities we could have hoped for. The kitchen was ideal for preparing breakfast and evening meals (when we needed to take the young ones to bed). The swimming pool was right in front of us and there was a free bus service to the beach and kata town. Will definitely stay here again and will now only consider serviced accomodation for family holidays in the future
"Great Service"
We have not yet had time to visit this wonderful , judging by the photos , apart- hotel. While only booked a room at the beginning of January 2014. Very long time to choose a placement , because we wanted to book it well furnished apartment to make our honeymoon unforgettable. For me so much importance has interior room , I love when spacious, king size bed, plenty of daylight and a prerequisite for us was the balcony because so love to sit before going to bed , drink a glass of wine for example. All that we saw in the pictures Kata beach ocean view residence. And what scenery depicted on the photo rather want to see them. How was the vacation itself will tell later . And now I would like to note the excellent work of booking , Paolo and Daniela. Zablogovremenno booked and have a question about the deposit , Paolo responded very quickly and fixed the problem . And then there was an unexpected situation and we had to change the dates of your stay , but because of something which features our reservation we could not do this alone . Daniela always responded very quickly, constructively , was very polite and always tried to help , it was very nice to talk to . I myself work in a 5 * hotel and I can say that such staff success of the hotel. Very grateful to you for your attention and help understanding that you had in the first stage of our voyages . "Great place to stay."
My group stayed here for 3 nights. The place is at the top of a steep hill. The roads within the complex are even more steep than the main road. Beware if you are brave enough to drive on your own in Phuket. The place itself was great. The view from our unit was perfect (and this was really the top reason in staying here for us). The condos are pretty tucked away from most of the road noise. They do however get some construction noise if you are there during the day. The condos are not very convenient for walking into town. Our unit had an excellent balcony. The rooms were small, but sufficient for us. Our unit had two bathrooms, a living area, dining area, and a kitchen. This is all great for a long term stay. We did have a few issues while we were there. One was ants. Any food that we bought and left on the counter or kitchen table would be attacked by ants within 24 hours. Nature rules Thailand still. 🙂 Second – because this is actually a condo rather than a hotel, you must verify all items in the unit and sign off at the start of your stay. This took 4 of us an hour or two right when we got there. We didn’t want to end up getting charged for anything. I understand why this is necessary though. The last thing, which is somewhat serious I guess, was that there was an electric current coming through the water temperature/pressure knob in the shower. I could feel my arm tingle only when I touched it while standing in water. They do have a management office on site. It is only opened from 8 or 9 in the morning until about 6 pm though and we were only around at those times on the first and last day that we were there. Overall, i’d definitely stay here again if I were planning on staying in Phuket for a long stay (at least one week). If I were going for a short stay though, i’d probably go somewhere that was better for walking into town. (Shortened to stay under 2000 characters)”

"Great Place"
Great place for lovers of freedom and walks to the beach. Very spacious suites with large balcony about 15 squares and stunning sea views. The rooms with two bedrooms, two toilets and a shower. Cleaning 2 times per week.
"Great base to explore and good value for money"
We stayed in a ruby apartment for from mid nov through to end of jan . This is not your run of the mill holiday apts they are stylishly designed and our apt was very comfortable with two good sized double bedrooms a lovely shower room/w.c, comfortable living area with kitchenette and dining area + a good sized balcony. We had great views over kata and out to sea. The pool is just the right size with a Jacuzzi area (shame it only comes on in the evening)Shower and toilet facilities there too + loungers & umbrellas for shade. The communal areas are kept spotlessly clean. Our apt was cleaned once a week included in the rental however if you wanted a cleaner every day it costs extra but they even do the dishes !!! Food can be delivered and is of a good standard however it’s a bit pricier than the local restaurants just a short distance away. The beach is beautiful at Kata and a lot safer than Karon. There’s so much to see and do here you won’t be able to fit it all in we didn’t and we were there for 9 weeks. If you’re staying here you need a vehicle i strongly suggest a car over a scooter after seeing lots of crashes in the time we were there. We got a car for only about 9 pounds a day but we were there a long time if you shop around you can get one for around 12 it takes a couple of days to get used to driving but the taxis are so expensive u will save money renting a car there is a free mini bus to the beach etc. The staff at the resort are great.
